I cannot talk to anyone !
In order to talk with someone, you both need to have a “match”.
It means that both users have to press the “heart” button.
Why do we have this system ? It’s really annoying that some people open a chat and start to spam. That’s why, this match system will prevent you from talking to people that you don’t want to.
To start matching, please use the “Swipe” screen, the one in the middle. We also recommend you to use the bid feature, which will show your profile to the community in order to have more chance to get a match.
I cannot see who liked me !
This is normal. The only way to see who press the “like” button is to purchase the option “who liked me” in the purchase screen. Unfortunately, this option is not free and cannot be paid with diamonds. Please, remember that you don’t need this option to get a match.
This feature exist only for the users that do not want to wait before getting a match.
What are diamonds used for ?
The diamond is the currency of Heyoppa. You don’t need it to start chatting with people.
However, it allows you to request a match with someone directly instead of waiting to match with them. They will also receive a notification. Diamonds are also used to bid on the “For you”screen.
You can also use diamonds to translate your partner sentence directly in the chatroom.
Please bear in mind, that you do not need diamonds to use our app. Diamonds are only here to help you to get friends quicker.
How to get diamonds ?
To get diamonds, you can either purchase it from the shop (pay with real money) or use the claim chest feature (Free) which is available every hours.
Claim chest feature requires you to watch an ads, after watching the ads you will receive between 3-7 diamonds.
What is the Pet rescue ?
Our pets rescue system will be a new way to earn diamonds. And show off your pets! When you purchase your pet, it will be unique, random and generated automatically!
Moreover, each pet will give you 2 diamonds to claim each day! You can name your pet, add a bio, trade and being more visible to our community.

What is the “For you” tab ?
The “For you” screen allows you to show up your profile to the community. In order to do that, check the current bidding, choose the position that you would like to appear and enter a bid. You cannot bid a price that is already submitted. Your profile will be shown to the community for 24h from the time you bid.
How do I earn XP on Heyoppa ?
It’s easy! Just claim XP every day. You also earn by matching with different people in the world or reach some new achievements.
How can I report someone ?
Please use the report button. We will do our best to check as soon as possible.
I want to delete my account.
Use the button “Delete my account” in “About me” to delete your account. Please, keep in mind that all your informations will be deleted. We won’t be able to get them back.
I didn’t received any Diamonds from my referral.
Your referral need to validate his email, in order for both of you to receive your reward.
